4 Minnesota Guys: Dec 17-21, 2007

lil' blue at the dump, full of torn out lath and plaster

Matt Brickweg, Chris Milliren, Joe Bulger, and Sam Mertz made a last minute trip down to Indianapolis for the 17th to 21st. They provided some critical help for a busy week. Arriving Monday evening, they worked hard for the next three days tearing out the lath and plaster in the kitchen on the 1117 side of the Duplex. With their aide we also made 2 more shelves for the pantry, painted one more room in the 1115 side of the duplex, and fixed up the bathroom in 1115 too. The help the guys provided probably will allow for us to start building the new kitchen over the Company Convention after Christmas.

In addition to construction work, we spent some time at Lockefield Village, going door-to-door on the Southside, and praying with people at the Methodist Hospital ER. To wrap it all off, Nick gave the guys a tour with a look at what our citybuilding work looks like at large in Indy.
